Q: HELP! My Mi Router 3 can't connect to the internet.

Q: How to set up an account for Mi Router 3?

Q: The speed of my WiFi is too slow.

● Turn off smart speed limit if it's opened.

● Broadband and users affect the WiFi speed. Your WiFi will be very slow if more than 2 people are using the net and some of them are watching videos or downloading software when the broadband is 2M.

● The bandwidth affects the WiFi speed. Remove bandwidth settings if you have set (like IP bandwidth control).

● Restore your router to factory default settings (press hand hold reset button for 5-8 seconds until the light turns into yellow).
